Once you’ve worked out your answers, you can establish exactly when you should be at the venue, how many days you’ll need for your setup and how long before the event you should transport your products. 

Product and Equipment Dimensions

Even if you don’t plan to exhibit any physical products, you’ll probably still need to transport your booth and technical equipment to your expo venue. Together, these can add up significantly in weight and size.
