Though we’re happy to help stage events in any location, there’s a certain magic about London that you’d love to have in your portfolio. So we were particularly enthusiastic about being contracted to put together five stands for the ICE and iGB London event, held at the ExCel. So, without further ado, here’s how we did it!
Different sizes, different solutions, consistent quality
Inspecting the venue two months ahead of the actual show date is standard procedure for us and was more critical than usual this time around, given the stands’ diversity in sizes. Ranging from 36m2 to 450m2, we oversaw the layout, design and execution for each one, along with the bar services and tailor-made merchandise for each brand. Of course, no stand size is too big or too small for us to handle, but as we know, the devil is in the detail.
Before the three and a half days it took to build the stands came the design and sales handled by the Maltese office. However, production and AV were done via our partner in London, as is part of our business model. This allows us to keep competitive prices, no matter where the show is being held, going against the rising costs so many industries are facing these days.

Producing perfection
It took three and half days to produce the finished stands. Our aim for the first day was to have the flooring down, structures up, and electrical wiring in place. All graphics were installed on the second day, topped up with general finishing, while the third day was reserved for AV testing and cleaning, ensuring each stand was in perfect condition before handing over to the client.
Once the event is done and dusted, dismantling took two days in this case.

Give us a shout
No matter the type of event or its location, we’re ready for it; actually, we get a kick from the thrill of putting together events of any scale. So, if you’ve got something in mind but are not entirely sure how to pull it off, give the experts a call or drop an e-mail (that’s us), and let’s turn that idea into a roaring success.
